Shipping policy

We deliver to the UK mainland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Carriage is included in our prices for all standard workbenches to most UK mainland destinations.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver within 15 working days from the date of order acknowledgement on any UK delivery. Bespoke and made-to-order items may differ — we will confirm the lead time when we acknowledge your order.

If your order has not arrived within that time frame, please contact us at [email protected] or call 0161 688 6737 and we will chase it for you.

Carriage charges

Carriage is included on standard workbenches to most UK mainland destinations. The following charges may apply:

• Orders below £150.00 ex VAT — carriage charge of £17.50 + VAT
• AM delivery — £20.00 + VAT
• PM delivery — £20.00 + VAT
• Saturday delivery — £85.00 + VAT

Highlands, Islands and remote postcodes

A carriage contribution applies to deliveries in the Scottish Highlands, with a minimum of £80.00 + VAT per item dispatched. The following postcode areas are affected:

• PA20 and higher — Paisley area
• DD — Dundee area
• PH — Perth
• AB — Aberdeen area
• IV — Inverness area
• KY — Kyle of Lochalsh
• DG — Dumfries
• KA — Kilmarnock

UK Islands attract an additional carriage contribution per item dispatched. This varies with quantity and time frame, so please contact [email protected] for a figure before ordering.

Trade and bulk orders

We accept purchase orders and can issue a proforma invoice. For multi-item orders, site deliveries or a specific delivery window, call 0161 688 6737 or request a quote and we will confirm carriage with your quotation.
