Our Free Shipping policy will only apply to the standard shipping method. Any expedited shipping requests will be charged for the full price of shipping. If expedited shipping is needed, please include an email with your purchase information with requested shipping method and needed date of delivery.

We offer Money-Back-in-45-Day-Service for every buyer. If you don't get the goods/items within 45 days after you pay, you can open a dispute, we will issue full refund to you first without any excuses. However, we sincerely hope you can repay if you finally get the goods/items after 45 days.

We aim to deliver within 15 working days from the date of order acknowledgement on any UK delivery. If after this time frame you have still not received your goods then please contact us on [email protected]

Carriage is included in our prices for all standard workbenches to most UK mainland destinations. For highlands and islands a contribution charge of £50 per item will be applied. In some instances this can be more.
On dispatch values below £150.00 ex VAT a carriage charge of £17.50 + VAT will be applied.
