Refund policy
We offer a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 days from receiving your workbench to request a cancellation. This does not apply to custom-made workbenches.
To be eligible, the item must be in resalable condition, unused, and with proof of purchase. You’ll cover return shipping costs.

Faulty Goods
Inspect your workbench upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we’ll assess and offer a refund, repair, or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made workbenches cannot be returned unless faulty. Sale items are also non-returnable. Contact us with concerns about your item.
Exchanges
Return the item following our process, then place a new order for the desired workbench.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take extra time. If over 15 business days pass after approval, email us at [email protected].
