Delighted with the quality

Bench is generally very good quality and strong. Delivery was awful - well over a month and no communication. Single driver completely incapable/unwilling to lay the 2m bench down with me so I could move it into my garage workshop.

The Bench height I ordered was supposed to be 900mm - a height I specified as a £25 extra charge, but upon inspection this was found to be their standard 850mm.

A partial refund was issued and the goods were accepted as is, due to the logistics of sorting out a return.

However, these issues marred what would otherwise have been a 4-5 star review. The company needs to fulfill their orders, given the options they offer and charge for. They also need to find a reliable courier that literally deliver the goods.
